Paid Field Organizer

Dr. Kristin Lyerly for Congress is looking to hire a paid Field Organizer to help flip WI-08.

The pay range for this position is $3,500 to $4,000 per month. This position is primarily
in-person, with limited opportunities for remote work, based on mutual agreement. This is a
full-time position for 40 hours per week with occasional extra needs. This role will run from date
of hire until the election.
Field Organizers are critical for the campaign. They help the Field Director create and monitor
our Direct Voter Contact plan by managing other field staff in their area. They ensure daily
canvassing metrics are met by organizing phone banking and door-to-door canvassing,
managing their area’s volunteers, performing research projects about the district, working with
partners, and engaging in regular direct voter contact. They may also help build for and staff
field events for the campaign, including, but not limited to, fundraisers, high-traffic canvasses,
debate watch parties, supporter appreciation events, and more.
The ideal candidate is hard-working, detail-oriented, and passionate about electing Democrats.
Responsibilities include:
● Volunteer recruitment and management.
● Creating contact lists using the voter file.
● Connect with voters to hit contact targets.
● Plan and build for field events.
● Data and document management.

About Kristin Lyerly:
Kristin developed a career serving as an OB/GYN and small business owner. She has practiced
in Green Bay, Oconto, Marinette, and later Sheboygan. Kristin also regularly travels hundreds of
miles to provide a wide range of healthcare services to rural and underrepresented communities
in Minnesota and Arizona.
When the U.S. Supreme Court stripped away women’s access to abortion, Kristin stood up and
fought back. She was the named plaintiff in the case that brought abortion care back to
Wisconsin following the reenactment of an antiquated 1849 Wisconsin abortion law post-Dobbs.
And as the country watched women’s freedoms being taken from them, Kristin started speaking
out.
Kristin is now running for Congress because she believes it is pivotal to have a pro-patient,
pro-choice OB/GYN in the U.S. House.
